Seeking answers, Heri finds a way to insert himself into the Malaysian investigation. Meanwhile, in Jakarta, for ICD Lieutenant Heriyanto Salim (Ario Bayu), the case turns personal when his brother is found murdered in similar circumstances. Called in to investigate, Singaporean International Crimes Division (ICD) officer Serena Teo (Rebecca Lim) takes charge of a case across the border where a family has been slaughtered aboard a luxury yacht in Johor.
The first game was the same for both dramas.The Japanese drama had more visual instructions. I found that the game instructions weren't as clear in the Korean version.The antagonist wears a mask which gives the show more suspense. (side note: the main guy wears a really ugly wig for a couple of episodes). JDRAMA- competition hosted by rich people to see who the best liar is.Another major difference is that the male lead looks considerably older in the Korean version. KDRAMA - portrayed the game as a variety show which made the show not as suspenseful as the Japanese drama.
There was no romance in the Japanese drama, but there were little hints of the two leads liking each other.
